Location: Ham Green Lake , Salford. The first carp was 15lb 4oz & it put up a good fight for 15 mins. It was at Ham Green Lake in the spring last year on the top lake. I caught it on luncheon meat. You can get the carp on brad as well using a size 10 hook. The next carp is 24lb 6oz and was caught at Ham Green Lake as well – in August last year. The lake is very weeded and full of lillies.
The next one is a pike 21lb 2oz from Salford. It was my friend Terry’s first pike & the photo is where it was landed.
