Way out in front this year was Julian Hubbard Ė the A.C.A. team member. He had nearly 5lbs to spare over second place. Julian fished with a Fidget fly on the top dropper. This has the effect of bringing fish up to look, however, the two Flashback pheasant tails fished behind were the flies that the fish eventually turned to and took. Eleven fish came to Julianís net, weighing 17lbs _ oz.In second place was my friend from Cornwall Ė Richard Cobbledick. These 20 anglers will represent England next year. The Spring International is to be held at Lough Erne, whilst the Autumn International is to be fished at Llyn Brenig. Good luck to all competitors.
