Rooksbury Mill
Rooksbury Mill is the Trout fishery that sets the standard that other fisheries have to try to follow.
The fishery is situated in mature grounds of over 16 acres on the outskirts of the town of Andover. The lakes are approximately 6.5 and 2.5 acres. We also have nearly a mile of bank on the river test tributary, the river Anton. Our waters are stocked with only the highest quality fish. Brown Trout from our own brood stock and Rainbow Trout that we have grown on from fingerlings on the fishfarm. At each growth stage the fish are graded so that only the best Trout are available for our anglers to catch. Size is not our prime objective. The fact that some of our fish are very large is incidental. Quality is paramount.
