A coarse fishery comprising of 3 lakes with easy access which has been established for 7 years as a day ticket water.
This established fishery has three lakes set near the south downs.
- The main lake has specimen Carp(Mirror, Common,Ghost and Grass) to 20lb, Chubb to 3lb, Perch to 2lb,Bream,Rudd and Roach.
- The Tench lake, on the left as you enter the complex,has a good stock of fish, 3-8lb, which is available for pleasure as well as matches throughout the year.
- The Decoy lake(smallest) has a mixed bag of fish, including a good head of Crucian Carp, making it popular for the beginner as well as the specialist.All the lakes have good access, disabled access near the carpark, and toilet facilities.
- Night fishing is permitted – a max of 5 anglers per lake 5pm till 9am – which can be booked in advanced or on the bank (pendingavailability).
Evening rates (variable times) also apply: see board for start times.
- Please note Rules and Regulation Board before fishing(barbless hooks etc).
- Day tickets,6am till dusk, are collected from the bank, so turn up and we will issue you with a ticket.
The lakes are open all year round and a rod licence is required at all times.
