Recently I described the start of my amazing South African adventure, offshore from the Cape of Good Hope. Now, refreshed with Cape wines, a glorious meal, and a luxurious overnight stay at the new Court Classique hotel, we headed east across the Southern Cape.
March 15th will see the start of another trout fishing season on many rivers, especially in the northern half of the country, but please note Bradford City AA waters don’t open for fly fishing until the 25th March, while many other waters in the south and midlands won’t open until April 1st or May 1st.
