Okay; so this old couple meet up at a tea dance and hit it off straight away. Realising that as they are both in the twilight of their lives and time is of the essence, they decide after a whirlwind romance of three weeks, to fly out to Las Vegas and tie the knot. Age gives you this sense of urgency. During their honeymoon they begin a voyage of discovery about one another. On the second day they go to a huge aqua park complex, the top board looms at an impressive ten meters. The old boy urges his fragile frame onwards and climbs the thirty-five steps to the dizzy heights. Upon reaching the top, he springs off the board, contorting his body into a triple somersault with a toe loop in the pike position. As he pulls himself clear of the water his new bride enthuses about his amazing athleticism. “You may not be aware, but in my youth, I was an Olympic diver,” he said with pride. With this the old girl dived into the pool and swam two lengths underwater never coming up once for air. “Were you an Olympic swimmer too?” he enquired as she resurfaced. “No,” she replied, “I was a prostitute in Venice!”
